WAYS TO PARTICIPATE

Every coach that submits team results to HOKA Postal Nationals will receive

ONE FREE PAIR of HOKA shoes at the end of the season*.

There are multiple ways to participate:

LOCAL EVENTS

-Three (3) or more participating teams
-Hosted on your preferred date/time
-Event featured on the Postal Nationals Local Event Calendar
-Meet director/host earns code for a free pair of HOKA shoes
-Local event meet directors are sent a "Postals in a Box" kit with the below HOKA branded items to help elevate their event experience

TEAM TIME-TRIALS

-1-2 participating teams
-Low-pressure environment to test athlete fitness
-Run as many Team Time Trials throughout HOKA Postal Nationals season as you’d like
-At its heart in its first iteration, this is how teams participated in the original Postal National competition.

HOST AN EVENT

REGISTER

Complete the Host An Event Form to host a Local Postal Event at your school. Our team will confirm your event and send an event kit if you have 3+ schools committed.

INVITE

Invite local high school-aged teams to participate as clubs or open registration for neighboring teams to register for your event through AthleticNET’s event hosting portal.

TELL THE WORLD

Download writeable PDF flyers and logos to spread the word.

POST

Record your results by uploading your Top-5 to the HOKA Postal Nationals website, and remind other participating teams’ coaches to do the same.

*Limited to one (1) pair of free HOKA shoes for participating coaches. Codes will be sent at the end of the HOKA Postal Nationals competition period, on or around November 1, 2024. Codes are set to expire on December 31, 2024 at 11:59pm PDT. HOKA reserves the right to verify the authenticity of event participants and their eligibility.

***There may be other events in your region that are not on the calendar. All 2-mile and 3200m events are eligible and are not required to register, but we do encourage placing your event on the calendar.
